摘 要:针对过驳锚地作业环境条件问题,通过对国内外过驳锚地作业环境条件的调研分析,对比国内外规范,研究采用Real-time的数学模型试验,分析风、浪、流作用下过驳锚船舶的走锚情况。试验将调研成果和国内外规范规定的过驳锚地作业环境条件作为输入参数,得出过驳锚地作业环境条件标准,相关研究方法和结论旨在为过驳锚地项目提供参考。Aiming at the issue of operating environmental conditions for lightering anchorage,this article conducts research and analysis on operating environmental conditions for lightering anchorage at home and abroad,compares domestic and foreign standards,and uses Real time mathematical model experiments to analyze the anchoring situation of lightering anchorage ships under the action of wind,waves,and currents.The experiment takes the research results and the operating environmental conditions of the lightering anchorage specified in domestic and foreign regulations as input parameters,and obtains the environmental conditions standards for the operation of the lightering anchorage.The relevant research methods and conclusions aim to provide reference for the lightering anchorage project.
