摘 要:孟家拉国由于缺乏天然石材,部分构筑物普遍采用砖渣混合料代替石料,为降低港区铺面结构中碎石的用量,基于孟家拉国规范进行港区铺面结构设计,以破碎率为控制指标通过泰勒n法对规范级配进行优化;根据加州承载比(CBR)、无侧限抗压强度和干燥收缩检测对材料性能进行分析。研究结果表明:砖渣混合料在压实过程中易发生二次破碎,影响级配组成,需对砖渣混合料的级配进行优化;砖渣混合料抗压强度及CBR值与水泥掺量呈正相关性,建议港区重载铺面结构中水泥掺量不宜低于6%;砖渣混合料的干燥收缩较大,可通过二次搅拌降低拌和用水以减小材料收缩应变。基于孟家拉规范砖渣混合料的应用使造价显著降低,具有良好的工程应用性。Due to the lack of natural stone in Bangladesh,some structures generally use brick slag mixture instead of stone.To reduce the amount of crushed stone in the pavement structure of the port area,this paper designs the pavement structure of the port area based on the Bangladesh standard,and optimizes the standard gradation by the Taylor n method with the crushing rate as the control index.The material properties are analyzed according to California bearing ratio(CBR),unconfined compressive strength and dry shrinkage test.The results show that during the compaction process,the brick slag mixture is prone to secondary crushing,which affects the gradation composition.It is necessary to optimize the gradation of the brick slag mixture.The compressive strength and CBR value of brick slag mixture are positively correlated with the cement content.It is recommended that the cement content in the heavy duty pavement structure of the port area should not be less than 6%.The drying shrinkage of the brick slag mixture is large,and the mixing water can be reduced by secondary stirring to reduce the shrinkage strain of the material.Based on Bangladesh standard,the application of brick slag mixture significantly reduces the cost and has good engineering applicability.
