农科类研究生“三农”情怀培育问题的调查及实证研究

摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略是当前新时代解决“三农”问题的核心所在,而人才是乡村振兴战略实施的关键。高校大学生特别是农科类的研究生,作为推动农业农村发展的重要人才资源以及农业领域人才的重要组成部分,其作用不可忽视,有着积极的推动作用。然而,要使农科类研究生真正地投身于乡村振兴,必须培养其深厚的“三农”情怀。培育“三农”情怀是一个多层次、多维度的过程,需要从国家、社会和学校3个层面共同推进。该文通过问卷调查法、文献分析法和实证法,深入探究农科类研究生“三农”情怀的培育条件、方式与动机,旨在发现存在的问题并剖析其根源。基于此,该文将提出切实有效的优化策略,以期提升农科类研究生的培育质量,进一步助力中国农业现代化与乡村振兴战略的深入实施。Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy is the core of solving the"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"issues in the current new era,and talent is the key to the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.College students,especially graduate students in agriculture,are an important talent resource for promoting the development of agriculture and rural areas and an important part of talents in the agricultural field.Their role cannot be ignored and play a positive promoting role.However,in order for agricultural graduate students to truly devote themselves to rural revitalization,they must cultivate their profound feelings for"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".Cultivating feelings for"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"is a multi-level and multi-dimensional process that needs to be promoted together from the three levels of the country,society and school.Through questionnaire survey,literature analysis and empirical method,this paper deeply explores the cultivation conditions,methods and motivations of agricultural graduate students'feelings for"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",aiming to discover existing problems and analyze their root causes.Based on this,this paper will propose practical and effective optimization strategies to improve the quality of cultivating agricultural graduate students and further assist the in-depth implementation of China's agricultural modernization and rural revitalization strategies.
