摘　　要：基层党组织直面群众,是打通政策落地的“最后一公里”,以基层党组织为载体的带头人更是成为促进农村发展,实现乡村振兴的第一责任人,成为推进党和国家各项政策在农村得到贯彻落实的关键力量。因此,作为党和政府与人民群众联系的纽带,基层带头人队伍不仅是乡村社会和谐稳定的关键抓手,更是乡村振兴战略各项决策部署落实的关键所在,培养和选拔优秀的基层党组织带头人自然成为乡村人才振兴的关键一环,对于全面推进乡村振兴具有重要战略意义。Primary-level Party organizations deal with affair of the public and are the"last mile"to open up policies,and leaders with grass-roots Party organizations as the carrier have become the first responsible person to promote rural development and realize rural revitalization,and have become the key force to promote the implementation of various Party and state policies in rural areas.Therefore,as the link between the Party and the government and the people,the grass-roots leaders are not only the key to the harmony and stability of rural society,but also the key to the implementation of the decision-making and deployment of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Training and selecting excellent grass-roots Party leaders naturally becomes a key part of the revitalization of rural talents,and has important strategic significance for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.
