摘　　要：库伦荞麦品质独特,是库伦旗的特色优势农作物,其营养丰富,具有优良的食用价值、营养价值及文化价值。库伦旗种植荞麦由来已久,被誉为“中国荞麦文化之乡”。库伦人民在多年生产实践中与荞麦结下不解之缘,形成内容丰富、极具地域特色的荞麦文化。该文通过探究库伦地区荞麦种植历史,挖掘荞麦文化形成,对推动库伦地区打造特色农作物品牌,加速文化内涵向经济优势转化,促进库伦荞麦文化资源产业开发具有重要意义。Kulun Buckwheat has unique quality and is a characteristic and advantageous crop in Kulun Banner.It is rich in nutrients and has excellent edible value,nutritional value and cultural value.Kulun Banner has a long history of growing buckwheat and is known as the"Home to Chinese Buckwheat Culture".The people of Kulun have formed an indissoluble bond with buckwheat over the years of production practice,forming a buckwheat culture with rich content and regional characteristics.By exploring the history of buckwheat planting in the Kulun area and exploring the formation of buckwheat culture,this paper is of great significance for promoting the Kulun area to create characteristic crop brands,accelerating the transformation of cultural connotations into economic advantages,and promoting the development of the Kulun buckwheat cultural resource industry.
