摘 要:蒸汽供热管道运行中的低流量运行和水冲击一直困扰着广大热用户和供热系统维护人员,管道的水蚀、低温和水冲击,严重威胁蒸汽管道的安全运行和用户的使用品质。热用户的蒸汽使用不均衡,会导致供热管道长期低流量运行并产生凝水,凝水不能有效排除将引起水冲击从而破坏管道。根据供热管道运行特点,提出了荷叶效应和空囊概念,分析蒸汽在管道中的运行状态,从而阐述如何在动态平衡下改进低流量管道运行中凝水难以排放的问题,找到预防和解决水冲击的方法。The low-flow operation and water shock in the operation of steam heating pipelines have been troubling the majority of thermal users and heating system maintenance personnel.The occurrence of water erosion,low temperature and water shock in pipelines seriously threaten the safe operation of steam pipelines and the using quality of users.The uneven use of steam by thermal users will lead to the long-term existence of low-flow pipes in heating pipelines and produce condensate,and when condensate cannot be effectively eliminated,it will cause water shock to damage the pipeline.According to the operation characteristics of the heating pipeline,the concepts of lotus leaf effect and vacuous are put forward,and the running state of steam in the pipeline is analyzed,so as to explain how to improve the problem that condensate is difficult to discharge in the operation of low flow pipeline under dynamic balance,and find ways to prevent and solve the water shock.
