摘 要:随着近些年苯乙烯产能的快速扩张,苯乙烯行业逐渐过剩,企业面临越来越严峻的竞争压力。通过对苯乙烯生产技术的专利申请趋势、申请人分布及技术发展趋势的分析与探讨,发现乙苯催化脱氢法、环氧丙烷/苯乙烯(PO/SM)联产法的工业化应用非常成熟,新技术的应用难度较大,对现有技术进行革新、改进是一种较为可行的技术路线;PO/SM工艺路线基本被国外垄断,建议国内加强自主知识产权的研发,打破国外公司技术垄断;苯乙烯工艺新技术发展较缓慢,建议加强新工艺技术的储备和布局。With the rapid expansion of styrene production capacity in recent years,the styrene industry is gradually transitioning towards overcapacity,and enterprises are facing increasingly severe survival competition.By analyzing and exploring the patent application trends,applicant distribution,and technological development trends of styrene production technology,the study concludes that:i)the industrial application of ethylbenzene catalytic dehydrogenation process and PO/SM is very mature,and the application difficulty of new technologies is relatively high;ii)innovating and improving existing technologies is a feasible technical route;iii)since the process route of PO/SM is basically monopolized by foreign countries,it is recommended that Chinese enterprises should strengthen the research and development of independent intellectual property rights to break the technological monopoly of foreign companies;and iv)as the development of new technologies in the styrene process is relatively slow,it is recommended to strengthen the reserve and layout of new process technologies.
