摘 要:针对客流市场变化,定期调整高速铁路(简称:高铁)列车停站方案是铁路运输组织的一项长期性重要工作。文章基于铁路运输现场编制需求,设计了一种面向客流需求的高铁线路列车新图期停站方案两阶段调整策略。第1阶段,针对新增单趟列车,参考在执行图期的列车停站比,设计其停站方案;第2阶段,基于OD(Origin-Destination)客流需求满足度、列车运输能力和客座率,协同调整和优化整条线路列车停站方案。该策略可满足铁路运输方案编制部门对于停站方案连续迭代的需求,保障不同图期间高铁列车停站方案的平稳过渡。Regularly adjusting the high-speed railway train stopping plan in response to changes in the passenger flow market is a long-term and important task for railway transportation organization.This paper proposed a two-stage adjustment strategy for the new schedule stopping plan of high-speed railway trains based on the on-site preparation requirements of railway transportation,aimed at meeting passenger flow demands.In the first stage,the paper referred to the train stopping ratio during the execution period,and focused on the design of a stopping plan for a newly added single train.In the second stage,the paper coordinated and optimized the train stopping plan for the entire line based on the satisfaction of OD(Origin-Destination)passenger flow demand,train transportation capacity,and passenger load factor.This strategy can meet the needs of railway transportation planning departments for continuous iteration of stopping plans,ensuring a smooth transition of high-speed train stopping plans during different train schedule.
