摘 要:主要探讨船舶及海工设施领域的阴极保护系统的智能化发展现状。通过对船舶及海工设施的阴极保护系统进行分析和考察,找出阴极保护存在的问题,结果发现阴极保护系统当前的使用环境复杂多变,供应电流不稳定,所需日常检查难以实现,导致其对海上钢结构腐蚀保护的功效低下,严重时会影响系统的全生命周期长度。对此,从阴极保护在船舶及海工设施中应用存在的问题入手,重点研究外加电流阴极保护在智能化和大数据环境下的应用,以及引入智能化对阴极保护系统的作用,并阐述物联网技术在阴极保护系统中的应用前景,为船舶及海工设施阴极保护系统的智能化发展提供参考。This paper mainly discusses the research status of intelligent cathodic protection in ships and offshore facilities.Through the analysis and investigation of offshore wind power,offshore platforms and other offshore engineering facilities and ships,the problems of cathodic protection are found.It is found that the environment of the cathodic protection system is complex and redundant,the supply current is unstable,and the required daily inspection is difficult to achieve,resulting in the underground corrosion protection effect of the system on offshore steel structures,which will affect the whole life cycle length of the system in serious cases.Starting from the problems of cathodic protection in offshore facilities,this paper focuses on the application of impressed current cathodic protection in intelligent and big data environment,discusses the value of intelligent addition to the system,and expounds the potential application of Internet of Things technology in cathodic protection systems,providing reference for the intelligent development of cathodic protection systems for ships and marine facilities.
