摘 要:交互式电子手册(Interactive Electronic Technical Manual,IETM)是实现装备技术资料数字化的重要手段,而船舶的IETM研制工作繁复,涉及保障性分析和三维虚拟维修等多种关键技术,尤其是针对船舶全系统装备的IETM研制工程的组织和管理难度较高。对此,面向船舶装备的保障性需求,参照装备软件研制过程,采用系统工程思想优化IETM研制管理模型,分析我国船舶系统IETM研制工程存在的问题并提出改进建议。相关研究成果已在某大型船舶的全系统IETM研制项目中得到应用,基本上能满足该船的技术资料数字化运用和管理要求。Interactive Electronic Technical Manual(IETM)is an important means to digitize equipment technical data.However,the development of IETM for ships is cumbersome,involving various key technologies such as support analysis and 3D virtual maintenance.Especially,the organization and management of IETM development projects for ship's entire system equipment are difficult.In response to this,in order to meet the support requirements of ship equipment,the system engineering concept is adopted to optimize the IETM development management model,similar to the equipment software development process.The problems and improvement suggestions of China's ship system IETM development project are proposed.The relevant research results have been applied in the full system IETM development project of a large ship,which can basically meet the requirements of digital application and management of technical data for the ship.
