摘 要:本试验旨在根据《饲料原料和饲料添加剂畜禽靶动物耐受性评价试验指南(试行)》,评价肉鸡对二甲酸钾(KDF)的耐受性。试验选取360只1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只鸡,公母各占1/2且分笼饲养。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加4和40 g/kg的二甲酸钾。试验期42 d。结果表明:1)与4 g/kg二甲酸钾组相比,40 g/kg二甲酸钾组肉鸡的平均日增重显著降低(P<0.05),料重比显著提高(P<0.05);40 g/kg二甲酸钾组公鸡平均日采食量显著低于4 g/kg二甲酸钾组(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加40 g/kg二甲酸钾显著提高了21日龄公鸡血液中红细胞数量(P<0.05),并降低母鸡血液中间细胞比例(P<0.05)。42日龄时,与对照组相比,饲粮中添加40 g/kg二甲酸钾显著降低公鸡的血小板压积(P<0.05);添加4和40 g/kg二甲酸钾显著降低母鸡血小板数量和血小板压积(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加40 g/kg二甲酸钾显著提高了21日龄公鸡血清尿素含量(P<0.05),显著降低血清尿酸含量(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加二甲酸钾对肉鸡器官指数无显著影响(P>0.05),且组织未出现病理变化。综上所述,饲粮中添加40 g/kg二甲酸钾虽然提高机体对蛋白质的代谢,未对器官发育造成影响,但显著降低了肉鸡的生长性能,证实肉鸡对二甲酸钾的耐受性在40 g/kg以下。This study was aimed to evaluate the tolerance of broiler chickens to the application of potassium diformate,in accordance with the Guidelines for Evaluating the Tolerance of Animal Target Animals with Feed Raw Materials and Feed Additives(Trial).A total of 360 one-day-old Arbor Acres broilers were randomly divided into three groups,with six replicates per groups,and 20 chickens per replicates,half cock and half hens were reared in separate cages.The control group was fed a basal diet,and the treatment groups were supplemented with 4 and 40 g/kg of potassium diformate based on the basal diet,respectively.The experiment period was 42 days.Results showed as follows:1)compared with 4 g/kg potassium diformate group,40 g/kg potassium diformate significantly decreased average daily gain(P<0.05)and significantly increased the ratio of feed to gain of broilers(P<0.05);the average daily feed intake of cocks in 40 g/kg potassium dicarboxylate group was significantly lower than that in 4 g/kg potassium dicarboxylate group(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,dietary supplementation of 40 g/kg potassium dicarboxylate significantly increased the number of red blood cells in blood of 21-day-old cocks(P<0.05),and decreased the proportion of intermediate cells in blood of hens(P<0.05).At 42 days of age,compared with the control group,dietary supplementation with 40 g/kg potassium dicarboxylate significantly decreased the plateletcrit of cocks(P<0.05);supplementation with 4 and 40 g/kg potassium dicarboxylate significantly decreased platelet count and plateletcrit in hens(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the inclusion of 40 g/kg potassium diformate in the diet were led to a significant increase the serum urea content(P<0.05),and decreased in uric acid content in 21-day-old cocks(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the addition of potassium diformate to the diet did not have a significant effect on the organ indexes of broiler chickens(P>0.05),and no pathological changes were observed in the tissues.In conclusi
