摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平维生素B_(12)对产蛋鹅产蛋性能、蛋品质、血清生化和抗氧化指标的影响。选择34周龄产蛋期五龙鹅180只,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复5只鹅(1公4母)。各组饲粮中维生素B_(12)添加水平分别为0(对照组)、12.5、25.0、37.5、50.0、62.5μg/kg。预试期1周,正试期16周。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,12.5、25.0、37.5、50.0和62.5μg/kg维生素B_(12)组的平均日采食量显著升高(P<0.05),25.0、37.5、62.5μg/kg维生素B_(12)组的产蛋率和产蛋数显著升高(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,12.5、25.0、37.5、50.0和62.5μg/kg维生素B_(12)组的蛋壳强度显著升高(P<0.05),25.0、37.5、50.0、62.5μg/kg维生素B_(12)组的蛋壳厚度显著升高(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,12.5、25.0、37.5、50.0和62.5μg/kg维生素B_(12)组的血清总胆固醇(T-CHO)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量显著降低(P<0.05),25.0和37.5μg/kg维生素B_(12)组的血清白蛋白(ALB)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,25.0和37.5μg/kg维生素B_(12)组的血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著升高(P<0.05),12.5、25.0、37.5、50.0和62.5μg/kg维生素B_(12)组的血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著升高(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加维生素B_(12)可提高产蛋期五龙鹅产蛋性能、蛋品质,调节血清生化指标,增强抗氧化能力。本试验条件下,饲粮中维生素B_(12)适宜添加水平为25.0μg/kg。The purpose of this study was to study the effects of dietary different supplemental levels of vitamin B_(12)on laying performance,egg quality,serum biochemical and antioxidant indices of Wulong geese during laying period.A total of 180 thirty-four-week-old Wulong geese were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 5 geese in each replicate(1 male and 4 females).The vitamin B_(12)supplemental levels in each group were 0(control group),12.5,25.0,37.5,50.0 and 62.5μg/kg,respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 1 week,and the experimental period lasted for 16 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake of 12.5,25.0,37.5,50.0 and 62.5μg/kg vitamin B_(12)group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the laying rate and egg number of 25.0,37.5 and 62.5μg/kg vitamin B_(12)group were significantly increased(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the eggshell strength of 12.5,25.0,37.5,50.0 and 62.5μg/kg vitamin B_(12)group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the eggshell thickness of 25.0,37.5,50.0 and 62.5μg/kg vitamin B_(12)group was significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the contents of total cholesterol(T-CHO)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in serum of 12.5,25.0,37.5,50.0 and 62.5μg/kg vitamin B_(12)group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum albumin(ALB)content of 25.0 and 37.5μg/kg vitamin B_(12)group was significantly increased(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of 25.0 and 37.5μg/kg vitamin B_(12)group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity of 12.5,25.0,37.5,50.0 and 62.5μg/kg vitamin B_(12)group was significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary vitamin B_(12)can improve the laying performance and egg quality of Wulong geese during laying period,regulate the serum biochemical indices,and enhance the antioxidant capacity.Under the conditions of thi
