青砧1号/瑞香红在黄土高原不同产地果实品质差异分析

摘　　要：【目的】青砧1号是青岛市农业科学研究院果茶研究所培育的具有无融合生殖特性的矮化砧木,与多数品种表现出良好的亲和性与适应性,具有无支架栽培的潜力。瑞香红是西北农林科技大学选育的优质晚熟苹果新品种,为探究青砧1号/瑞香红组合在不同产地的栽培表现,研究以黄土高原地区4个地区的苹果园为研究对象,对主要品质性状进行分析。【方法】对甘肃庆城、渭南白水、铜川宜君、宝鸡千阳4个产区青砧1号/瑞香红的果个、果形、果实色泽和内在品质进行了差异性分析,并对不同产区青砧1号/瑞香红的果实品质进行了综合评价。【结果】结果表明,甘肃庆城地区的青砧1号/瑞香红果实综合品质较好,体现在单果质量高,果实硬度低,果面着色好以及可溶性固形物质量分数高等方面;宝鸡千阳地区的果实综合品质较差,表现为硬度大,酸度高,果面颜色暗。【结论】研究可为苹果新优品种的推广和无支架矮化栽培提供一定的参考依据和技术支持。【Objective】Qingzhen 1warf rootstock with non-fusion reproductive characteristics developed by the Fruit Tea Research Institute of Qingdao Agricultural Science Research Institute.It shows good affinity and adaptability to most varieties and has the potential for trellis-free cultivation.Ruixianghong is a high-quality late-maturing apple cultivar bred by Northwest A&F University.In order to explore the cultivation performance of the Qingzhen 1/'Ruixianghongcombination in different production areas.Theorchards from four different locations in the Loess Plateau region were sampled and the differences in major fruit quality traits were analyzed.【Methods】The differences of fruit shape,fruit color and internal quality of Qingzhen 1/Ruixianghong in four growing areas of Qingcheng Gansu,WeinanBaishui,YijunTongchuan,Qianyangand Baoji were analyzed,and the fruit quality of Qingzhen 1/Ruixianghongin different producing areas was comprehensively evaluated.【Results】The results showed that the comprehensive quality of fruits in Qingcheng area of Gansu Province was better,which was reflected in the aspects of high single fruit weight,low fruit hardness,good fruit surface coloring and high soluble solids content.The comprehensive quality of fruit in Qianyang area of Baoji is poor,which is characterized by high hardness,high acidity and dark fruit color.【Conclusion】The research could provide certain reference basis and technical support for the promotion of new excellent apple cultivars and trellis-free dwarf cultivation.
