摘　　要：采用再生聚酯切片为原料,对生产55 dtex/72 f再生涤纶全拉伸丝的干燥条件、喷丝板、冷却、上油和拉伸等工艺参数进行探讨。试验结果表明:结晶时间为4~6 h、干燥结晶温度在170℃、喷丝板孔径为0.16 mm、孔深为0.56 mm、纺丝温度为290~293℃、环吹风压为20 Pa,集束位置为800 mm、油嘴距丝窗距离为145 mm、油剂选择TK-4、油剂质量分数为16%、含油率为1.0%、第一热辊温度为84℃、第二热辊温度为120℃、拉伸倍数为2.0、卷绕速度在4000 m/min时,可生产出质量良好的55 dtex/72 f瓶片再生半消光涤纶全拉伸丝产品。The drying conditions,spinneret plate,cooling,oiling and drawing of 55 dtex/72 f were studied by using recycled polyester chips as raw materials.The results show that when the crystallization time is 4~6 h,dry crystallization temperature is 170℃,spinneret diameter is 0.16 mm,hole depth is 0.56 mm,spin⁃ning temperature is 290~293℃,circular blowing pressure is 20 Pa,collection position is 800 mm,the dis⁃tance between the nozzle and the air net is 145 mm,the oil agent is selected TK-4,the mass fraction of oil is 16%,the oil content is 1.0%,the first hot roll temperature is 84℃,the second hot roll temperature is 120℃,the drawing ratio is 2.0,and the winding speed is 4000 m/min,55 dtex/72 f recycled semi-dull polyester fully drawn yarn with good quality could be produced.
