摘 要:为了更好地解决超高分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维高可燃性对其应用和发展的制约,对阻燃UHMWPE纤维的研究展开论述。介绍了UHMWPE纤维的燃烧过程,以几种典型阻燃剂为例重点阐述了UHMWPE纤维的阻燃机制,详细论述了UHMWPE纤维和UHMWPE塑料制品阻燃改性的研究进展,为阻燃UHMWPE纤维的制备提供了一定的理论基础和试验依据。研究指出:阻燃UHMWPE纤维当前研究中仍然存在一些问题,产业化落地面临诸多挑战,未来应侧重于多元素复配阻燃体系的设计与合成,以及UHMWPE基体与阻燃体系之间作用方式的优化。In order to solve the restriction of the application and development of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fiber due to its high flammability,the research status of flame retardant UHMWPE fiber was discussed.The combustion process of UHMWPE fiber was introduced,and the flame retardancy mechanism of UHMWPE fiber was emphasized by taking several typical flame retardants as examples.The research progress of flame retardancy modification of UHMWPE fiber and UHMWPE plastic products was discussed in details,which provided a certain theoretical and experimental basis for the preparation of flame retardant UHMWPE fiber.It is pointed out that there are still some problems in the current research of flame retardant UHMWPE fiber,and the industrialization is facing many challenges.The design and syn⁃thesis of multi-element composite flame retardant system and the optimization of the mode of action be⁃tween UHMWPE matrix and flame retardant system are the main trends of future development.
