摘  要:近年来,我国轨道交通领域发展迅速,轨道交通装备减重提质是一个热门趋势,碳纤维复合材料因其具备高的比强度、比模量、耐疲劳性等特点成为首选轻量化材料。碳纤维复合材料代替传统金属材料能更好地满足提速、环保、舒适等要求。介绍了碳纤维复合材料在轨道交通装备的应用优势,综述了碳纤维复合材料在国内外轨道交通领域的应用现状,分析了碳纤维复合材料的先进成型工艺技术进展,以期为国内轨道交通领域发展提供帮助。In recent years,the field of rail transit in China has developed rapidly,and the weight reduction and quality improvement of rail transit equipment is a hot trend.Carbon fiber composites is the optimal ma⁃terial for achieving this due to its high strength-to-weight ratio,stiffness,and resistance to fatigue,carbon fiber composites are capable of providing better performance with respect to speed,eco-friendliness,and comfort than conventional metal materials.The application advantages of carbon fiber composites in rail transit equipment is introduced,the application status of carbon fiber composites in the field of rail transit at home and abroad is reviewed,and the progress of advanced molding technology of carbon fiber compos⁃ites is analyzed,in order to provide assistance for the development of domestic rail transit.
