摘 要:连续碳化硅纤维是目前应用于特殊服役条件下的一种先进材料,也是一种在纺织领域需要重点研究的重要纤维。近年来,国产碳化硅纤维的产量逐渐攀升,但其纤维的织造性能参差不齐。为了改善国产连续碳化硅纤维的可织造性能,减少碳化硅纤维在织造中出现的起毛、劈丝、断丝等问题,在对比了现有常规的碳化硅纤维专用浆料的应用情况与浆料性能之后,配比了一种新型碳化硅纤维专用浆料,能够显著提高碳化硅纤维的耐磨性能,减少浆纱过程中的纤维损失,提高了碳化硅纤维的可织造性能,降低了碳化硅纤维的织造成本,提升了碳化硅纤维的织造加工效率。Continuous silicon carbide fiber is currently an advanced material used under special service con⁃dition,and is also an important fiber that needs to research in the textile field.In recent years,the produc⁃tion of domestic silicon carbide fibers has gradually increased,and the weaving performance of their fibers is uneven.In order to improve the weaving performance of domestic continuous silicon carbide fibers and re⁃duce problems such as fuzzing,splitting,and fiber breakage during weaving.The application and perfor⁃mance of existing conventional silicon carbide fiber specific sizes were compared and a new type of silicon carbide fiber specific size was formulated,which can significantly improve the wear resistance of silicon car⁃bide fiber and reduce fiber loss during the sizing process,improve the weaving performance of silicon car⁃bide fibers,reduce the weaving cost of silicon carbide fibers,and improve the weaving processing efficiency of silicon carbide fibers.
