编辑家茅盾的办刊思路及启示  

On MAO Dun’s Editorial Thoughts and the Enlightenment

摘　　要：茅盾作为20世纪的编辑大家,其编辑思想与实践活动在当今仍具有重要的借鉴意义和研究价值。茅盾的办刊思想主要包含五个方面:一是灵活调整办刊宗旨,明确编辑意图;二是进行市场调研,制定详细年度计划;三是发挥编辑主体意识,灵活设置专栏;四是优化期刊装帧设计,创新内容表现形式;五是发掘新进作家,巩固壮大作者队伍等。研究茅盾相对完整的编辑思想,分析其在革新《小说月报》、主编《文学》《文艺阵地》《笔谈》等刊物的具体编辑实践活动,能够为期刊单位及主编办刊提供经验借鉴与参考,以提升期刊的整体办刊水平,实现期刊的高质量发展。As an editor of the 20th century,Mao Dun’s editorial thoughts and practical activities are still of important reference and research value today.Mao Dun’s editorial thoughts mainly include five aspects:flexibly adjusting the purpose of publishing and clarifying the editorial intention;conducting market research and making detailed annual plans;exerting the main consciousness of editors to set columns flexibly;optimizing the binding design and innovating the form of content;exploring new writers and consolidating the ranks of authors.Research of Mao Dun’s relatively complete editing thoughts,and analysis of his innovation of Novel Monthly,his specific editorial practices of Literature,Literary and Artitic Position,Pen Talk and other publications,can provide experience and reference for contemporary periodical units and editors to,enhance the overall high quality development of journals.
