摘  要:为探究黄梁木(Neolamarckia cadamba)纤维素合酶(cellulose synthase,CesA)和纤维素合酶样(cellulose-synthase-like,Csl)基因在细胞壁合成中的作用以及CesA/Csls基因对林木生长发育及抗逆的影响,利用生物信息学方法对黄梁木的CesA/Csls基因家族进行鉴定,并对该家族开展详细的生物学分析。结果表明,黄梁木中共有47个CesA/Csls家族成员,基于进化树分析将其分为8个亚家族(CesA、CslA、CslB、CslC、CslD、CslE、CslG和CslJ)。黄梁木CesA/Csls家族在基因结构、染色体分布和定位、系统发育和蛋白质序列方面具有不同的特征,表明它们通过不同的进化过程产生。启动子顺式作用元件分析表明,黄梁木CesA/Csls基因家族的启动子富含光响应、激素响应和逆境响应的元件。基因表达模式分析表明,黄梁木CesA/Csls基因具有不同的组织特异性表达模式。纤维素合酶基因超级家族研究有助于提高生物质能源、农林废弃物利用、动物饲料和工业应用等领域的效率与效果。In order to explore the role of the cellulose synthase(CesA)and cellulose-synthase-like(Csl)genes in cellulose synthesis in Neolamarckia cadamba as well as to investigate the impact of CesA/Csls genes on the growth,development,and stress resistance of forest trees,the CesA/Csls gene family of Neolamarckia cadamba was identified and comprehensively characterized through bioinformatic analyses.The results showed that this species harbored a total of 47 CesA/Csls family members,which were phylogenetically classified into 8 distinct subfamilies(CesA,CslA,CslB,CslC,CslD,CslE,CslG,and CslJ).The structural characteristics,chromosomal distribution,and localization of the Neolamarckia cadamba CesA/Csls genes suggested that they had evolved through diverse evolutionary processes.Promoter analysis revealed an abundance of light-responsive,hormone-responsive,and stress-responsive cis-regulatory elements,hinting at the complex transcriptional regulation of this gene family.Furthermore,the tissue-specific expression patterns of the Neolamarckia cadamba CesA/Csls genes underscored their diverse functional roles in cell wall biosynthesis.This comprehensive investigation provided a valuable foundation for future studies on the functional significance of the Neolamarckia cadamba CesA/Csls gene family in the context of cell wall formation and plant development.The research on the cellulose synthase gene superfamily can improve the efficiency and effectiveness in the fields of biomass energy,utilization of agricultural and forestry waste,animal feed,and industrial applications.
