摘  要:为深入探讨抗爆型聚脲应用在建筑物中的防护效果,首先对抗爆型聚脲进行拉伸实验,研究在不同应变率下的力学性能;然后测试动态热机械性能,探讨其吸能水平,并推算在高频高温下材料的服役性能;最后对混凝土靶板进行实爆试验,分析宏观破坏形貌和微观损伤机制。结果表明:抗爆型聚脲表现出良好的应变率效应,宽范围的弹性阶段和应力滞后现象有助于提高自身吸能水平,其损耗因子在低频和高频的应力作用下均维持在0.24左右,4 mm抗爆型聚脲涂层混凝土靶板的迎爆面和背爆面涂层的脱落面积分别约为20%和2%,靶板的最大位移分别为1.9 cm和0.9 cm,其中背爆面的防护方式效果最优。爆炸试验证明,抗爆型聚脲涂层可以通过其自身的拉伸变形和吸能耗能等方式,实现对混凝土板的有效防护。In order to investigate the anti-explosion effect of antiknock polyurea applied in buildings,first of all,the tensile test of antiknock polyurea was carried out to study the mechanical properties under different strain rates.Then the dynamic thermomechanical properties were test,the level of energy absorption was discussed,and the service performance of the material at high-frequency and high-temperature was calculated.Finally,a real explosion test on the concrete target plate was carried out to analyze the macroscopic failure morphology and microscopic damage mechanism.The results showed that anti-explosion polyurea exhibited good strain rate effect,and the wide range of elastic stage and stress hysteresis phenomenon was helpful to improve its own energy absorption level.The loss factor of polyurea was maintained around 0.24 under low frequency and high frequency stress.The shedding area of front surface and back of 4 mm anti-explosive polyurea coating concrete target plate was about 20%and 2%respectively,the maximum displacement of the target plate was 1.9 cm and 0.9 cm respectively,in which the back explosion surface of the protection method was best.Explosion test had proved that anti-knock polyurea coating could realize effective protection for concrete slabs through its own tensile deformation.
