摘 要:以丁二酸酐和1,4-丁二醇为原料,探究直接酯化过程中反应时间、温度和酸醇比、催化剂种类等参数对酯化反应的影响,并通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等手段对产物进行表征。研究发现,采用辛酸亚锡为催化剂,用量为丁二酸酐的1.5%,1,4-丁二醇与丁二酸酐物质的量的比为1.7∶1,温度为210℃,真空度-0.03 MPa,反应时间为6 h条件下,酯化率可达到97.8%,满足PBS工艺中酯化工艺要求。This paper mainly studied the direct esterification process of succinic anhydride,which not only simplified the PBS production process but also reduced the amount of wastewater and energy consumption.Using succinic anhydride and 1,4-butanediol as raw materials,the effects of reaction time,temperature,acid to alcohol ratio and catalyst type on the esterification reaction were investigated.The products were characterized by FT-IR and gel permeation chromatography(GPC).It was found that the esterification rate could reach 97.8%under the conditions of stannous octanate as catalyst,the amount of succinic anhydride was 1.5%,the molar ratio of 1,4-butanediol to succinic anhydride was 1.7∶1,the temperature was 210℃,the vacuum degree was-0.03 MPa,and the reaction time was 6 h,which met the esterification process requirements in PBS process.
