公共法律视域下韩国无障碍格式版资料被授权实体研究

摘　　要：本研究在明确无障碍格式版资料和被授权实体定义的基础上,阐释明确被授权实体范围及其权利与义务的必要性,并以韩国《图书馆法》《残疾人福利法》《著作权法》为研究对象,从被授权实体的认定及其权利与义务、被授权实体的服务对象、被授权实体的协调保障机制三个角度,分析韩国无障碍格式版资料被授权实体法律保障现状及存在的问题,并结合中国相关法律条款内容,提出完善法律保障机制的建议。On the basis of clarifying the definitions of accessible format materials and authorized entities,this study introduces the necessity of clarifying the scope of authorized entities and their rights and obligations.And taking the Library Law,Disability Welfare Law,and Copyright Law of South Korea as the object to analyze the current situation and problems of legal protection for authorized entities of accessible format materials in South Korea from three perspectives:the recognition and rights and obligations of authorized entities,the service recipients of authorized entities,and the coordination and protection mechanism of authorized entities.Combining with relevant Chinese legal provisions to propose suggestions for improving the legal protection mechanism.
