摘　　要：现代国家建构指向国家内部充分整合基础上的高度一体化。当前和今后一个时期是中国建设现代化强国的关键时期,进一步全面深化改革是为了实现制度现代化。顶层设计围绕制度建设进行,系统集成是各领域制度建设的系统谋划、整体推进、协同配合。进一步全面深化改革的战略部署与现代国家建构内在紧密关联,“六个坚持”原则贯穿各领域各方面,党的领导是根本保证。中国改革致力于增强国家一体化的能力,中国共产党也要善于处理各种关系,尤其是善于驾驭资本。The modern state construction points to a high degree of unification on the basis of full integra⁃tion within the country.The present and the coming period are crucial for building a strong modern state,and further deepening reform comprehensively is to achieve institutional modernization.The top-level design is car⁃ried out around institutional construction,and the system integration is the systematic planning,overall promo⁃tion and coordination of the institutional construction in various fields.The strategic deployment of further deepening reform comprehensively is closely related to the construction of a modern state,and the“six princi⁃ples of persistence”run through all fields and aspects.Leadership by the Party is a fundamental guarantee.The reform of China is committed to enhancing the capacity of national integration,and the CPC should be good at handling various relationships,especially at controlling capital.
