摘  要:介绍了柴油发动机飞轮铸件的结构,详细阐述了原铸造工艺存在的缩松和夹渣缺陷,查找原因并进行工艺改进,通过优化浇注系统,利用单内浇道浇注工艺取代原环形横浇道搭配压边冒口浇注工艺,解决压边冒口无法正常提供补缩能力的问题;采用合金化工艺,调整化学成分,解决了缩松问题;通过对飞轮上、下型重新调配,避免浇注时铁液在厚大的法兰环部位最后凝固、聚集夹渣,并用泡沫陶瓷过滤网代替纤维滤网,增强对铁液过滤能力,减少铁液中渣子进入型腔,解决了夹渣问题。The diesel engine flywheel casting structure was introduced,the former casting technology causing shrinkage porosities and slag inclusion defects were described in details,their reasons were looked for and technology improvement was conducted.By optimizing gating system,using single ingate to replace former ring-shape runner bar plus kissing riser,the problem that the kissing riser could not normally provide feeding capacity had been solved.By using alloying process,adjusting the chemical compositions,the shrinkage porosities problem was solved.By redeploying upper mold and bottom mold of the flywheel to avoid the iron liquid lastly solidifying in the thick flange ring,by gathering slag and using foam-ceramic filter net to replace fiber filter to enhance the ability to filter the liquid iron and reduce slag entering mold cavity,the slag inclusion problem was solved.
