摘 要:介绍了在混砂过程中水分对湿型粘土砂性能影响的试验方法:(1)通过采用不同含水量的回用砂,研究回用砂水分对型砂性能的影响;(2)通过采用不同的混砂水分加入量方案,研究水分加入量对型砂性能的影响。结果表明:(1)型砂各性能均随回用砂水分和混砂时间的不同而变化,也会随着混砂时水分加入量的不同而改变;(2)使用水分在1.8%的回用砂进行混砂,各性能指标达到峰值所需的混砂时间最短,混砂消耗的动能最少,混砂效率更高,更利于组织流水线生产。The experimental methods used to assess the impact of water content on the properties of clay-bonded green sand during the sand mixing process was introduced:(1)By using reclaimed sand with different moisture levels,the effect of reclaimed sand moisture on sand properties was investigated.(2)By implementing various water addition schemes during sand mixing,the effect of water addition on sand properties was studied.The results indicated that:(1)The properties of green sand vary with the moisture content of reclaimed sand and the mixing time,as well as with the amount of water added during mixing.(2)When reclaimed sand with a moisture content of 1.8%was used for mixing,the required mixing time to achieve peak performance indicators was shortest,the kinetic energy consumption for mixing was minimal,mixing efficiency was higher,and it was more conducive to streamlined production.
