苦竹中化学成分及其生物活性的研究进展

摘　　要：介绍了禾本科苦竹属(Pleioblastus Nakai)多年生常绿植物苦竹(Pleioblastus amarus(Keng) Keng f.)的化学成分和生物活性。结果表明,苦竹中化学成分主要包括简单苯丙素类、香豆素类、黄酮类、生物碱、甾体及蒽醌类等,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤及降血糖等生物活性。The chemical constituents and biological activities of Pleioblastus amarus(Keng) Keng f.,a perennial evergreen plant of the genus Pleioblastus Nakai,were introduced.The results showed that the chemical components of bitter bamboo mainly included simple phenylpropanoids,coumarins,flavonoids,alkaloids,steroids and anthraquinones,which had antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anti-tumor and hypoglycemic activities.
