摘 要:针对宜昌某胶磷矿原矿P_(2)O_(5)品位低,MgO含量高的问题,采用反浮选的工艺流程,硫酸作抑制剂,MG-7为脱镁捕收剂,脱除含镁白云石,以提高精矿的P_(2)O_(5)品位。经磨矿细度实验、药剂制度优化实验确定了开路实验工艺流程,并在此基础上进行了一次粗选、两次扫选的闭路实验,获得精矿的P_(2)O_(5)质量分数为29.38%,回收率为95.82%,MgO质量仅为0.89%的良好指标。To solve the problem of low P_2O_(5) grade and high MgO content of a collophanite from Yichang,reverse flotation process with sulfuric acid as depressant and MG-7 as demagnesium collector was adopted to remove the magnesia-containing dolomite and improve P_2O_(5) grade of concentrate.Based on the grinding fineness test,optimal experiment of reagent regime and open circuit test,closed-circuit tests of one rough selection and two sweeping were carried out.The separation indexes of phosphate concentrate grade(P_2O_5) 29.38%,recovery rate 95.82% and MgO content only 0.89% were obtained.
