摘　　要：介绍了一种基于星型给料机及振打器结合的石灰自动添加系统,并介绍了简单的逻辑控制及操作方式,可实现自动控制均匀添加石灰;分析了石灰添加后对生产数据的影响。结果表明,在较低成本下可以减轻操作人员劳动强度,且有效地减少了装置的生产成本。In this paper,an automatic lime addition system based on the combination of star feeder and rapper is proposed,and the simple logic control and operation mode are introduced to realize the automatic control and uniform addition of lime,and the influence of lime addition on the production data is analyzed.The results show that the equipment can reduce the labor intensity of the operator and effectively reduce the production cost of the device at a low cost.
