摘  要:煤制甲醇工艺复杂,操作流程长,生产成本高、能耗高,碳排放强度高,单个项目碳排放量大,环保压力大。随着国家对环境保护重视程度不断加大,排放要求越来越严。因此,探讨煤制甲醇生产装置中排放的“废气”综合应用是本文重点,也是实现煤制甲醇装置安全、高效、低耗、节能及清洁的生产目标。Coal-to-methanol process is complex,with long operation flow,high production cost,high energy consumption,high carbon emission intensity,high carbon emission of individual project and high pressure on environmental protection.With the increasing national attention to environmental protection,the emission requirements are becoming more and more stringent,therefore,to explore the comprehensive application of coal to methanol production units in the emission of “waste gas” is the focus of this paper,but also to achieve the coal to methanol plant safety,high efficiency,low consumption,energy saving and clean production goals.
