摘 要:阐述了云南解化造气鲁奇煤气洗涤分离及废热锅炉蒸汽系统优化改造的生产工艺及工作原理,分析了原设计中鲁奇炉与废热锅炉粗煤气系统上的工艺缺陷以及生产中出现的问题。对企业实施技术改造的必要性进行说明,一是解决了粗煤气总管气液两相流问题,降低管道阻力,保证并联废热锅炉入口粗煤气量分配合理可调,提高废热锅炉热回收效率;二是解决了粗煤气带尘问题,有效延长了变换催化剂使用周期;三是充分利用系统余热,提高经济效益,将废热锅炉产的0.6 MPa饱和蒸汽产量由9 t/h,提高到40 t/h。实施技术改造后,有效延长系统运行周期,实现了装置安全、稳定、长周期运行,并对节能降耗、环保、经济收益等取得了很好的效果。This article elaborates on the production process and working principle of Yunnan Jiehua Gasification Luqi Gas Washing and Separation and Waste Heat Boiler Steam System Optimization and Transformation.It analyzes the process defects and production problems on the crude gas system of Luqi Furnace and Waste Heat Boiler in the original design,and explains the necessity of implementing technical transformation for enterprises.Firstly,it solves the problem of gas-liquid two-phase flow in the crude gas main pipe,reduces pipeline resistance,ensures reasonable and adjustable distribution of crude gas at the inlet of parallel waste heat boilers,and improves the heat recovery efficiency of waste heat boilers;Secondly,it solves the problem of dust in crude gas and effectively extends the service life of the shift catalyst;The third is to fully utilize the waste heat of the system,improve economic benefits,and increase the output of 0.6MPa saturated steam produced by waste heat boilers from 9t/h to 40t/h;After implementing technological transformation,the system operation cycle was effectively extended,achieving safe,stable,and long-term operation of the device,and achieving good results in energy conservation,environmental protection,and economic benefits.
