摘　　要：针对道岔产品认证管理现状及存在的问题,本文介绍了中国铁路专用产品认证制度的发展历程和重要性,着重阐述了铁路道岔产品在认证管理中的关键地位;分析了道岔产品认证管理的相关政策和规则,包括铁路产品认证管理办法、采信目录、道岔产品认证规则等;针对道岔产品认证存在的问题进行深入分析,包括标准不一致、抽样组合复杂、图纸型号繁冗、准入条件较为严格等;分析了道岔产品认证优化举措,主要包括单元划分优化、抽样方案优化、配合推进道岔统型工作、降低准入门槛等。这些优化举措有助于提高道岔产品认证的效率和质量,推动铁路运输安全和效率的提升。Regarding the current situation and existing problems of certification management for turnout products,this article introduced the development process and importance of China’s railway specialized product certification system,with a focus on the key position of railway turnout products in certification management.The relevant policies and rules for the certification management of turnout products were analyzed,including the railway product certification management measures,the credit catalogue,and the turnout product certification rules.An in-depth analysis was conducted on the problems existing in the certification of turnout products,including inconsistent standards,complex sampling combinations,cumbersome drawing models,and strict admission conditions.An analysis was conducted on the optimization measures for the certification of turnout products,mainly including optimization of unit division,optimization of sampling plan,coordination in promoting switch standardization work,and lowering the entry threshold.These optimization measures will help improve the efficiency and quality of turnout product certification and promote the improvement of railway transportation safety and efficiency.
