富水隧道排水方式与隧底水压力分布特征

摘  要:针对一座铁路富水隧道基底结构出现的翻浆冒泥病害,对该隧道进行了无损检测,并对病害种类、成因进行了分析。在隧道内分别设置排水井和排水沟,建立了隧道三维渗流分析模型,对不同措施的排水效果进行了分析。结果表明:在避车洞内设置排水井(两侧排水井法),其间距越大仰拱底面最大水压力越大;排水井单侧间距超过60 m、双侧错开布置时,排水效果不明显。在隧道中线设置排水井(中心排水井法),当排水井间距小于5 m时,仰拱底面最大水压力随中心排水井间距的增加呈线性增大趋势,且增速较大;排水井间距超过5 m后,仰拱底面最大水压力增速降低;中心排水井间距越小,排水效果越明显;中心排水井的排水效果不如两侧排水井。在隧道两侧和中心分别设排水沟时,随着排水沟深度的增加,仰拱底面最大水压力呈非线性递减趋势;当排水沟深度小于1.0 m时,最大水压力降速较快;排水沟深度超过1.0 m后,最大水压力降速逐步变缓;排水沟越深,排水效果越明显;中心排水沟的排水效果不如两侧排水沟。从施工可行性、经济性以及排水效果等方面综合考虑,该隧道设置排水井要优于排水沟。A non-destructive test was conducted on a certain railway tunnel bottom for the occurrence of slurry and mud damage,and the types and causes of diseases were analyzed.On this basis,a three-dimensional seepage model of the tunnel was established,and the measures of setting drainage wells or drainage ditches inside the tunnel were analyzed.The results show that,when excavating drainage wells inside the car shelter,the greater distance between drainage wells,the greater maximum water pressure acting on the inverted arch bottom.Moreover,when the distance between one side exceeds 60 m and the two sides are staggered,the drainage pressure effect is not significant.The overall drainage effect of setting up drainage wells in the center is not as good as that of setting up drainage wells inside the car shelter.When the drainage wells are installed on the centerline and the spacing is less than 5 m,the maximum water pressure acting on the inverted arch bottom shows a linear increasing trend with the increase of the spacing between the central drainage wells,and the growth rate is relatively large.After exceeding 5 m,the maximum water pressure growth rate on the inverted arch bottom decreases,and the shorter the distance between the drainage wells on the centerline,the more obvious the drainage pressure effect.When drainage ditches are set up on both sides and in the center of the tunnel,the maximum water pressure acting on the inverted arch bottom shows a non-linear decreasing trend as the depth of the drainage ditch increases.When the depth of the drainage ditch on both sides and in the center is less than 1.0 m,the maximum water pressure drops rapidly.After exceeding 1.0 m,the maximum water pressure drop gradually slows down,and the deeper the drainage ditch,the more obvious the drainage pressure effect.The overall drainage effect of setting up drainage ditches in the center is not as good as that of setting up drainage ditches on both sides.From the perspectives of construction feasibility,economy,and drainage effective
