摘 要:从我国南方一高温多雨地区服役13年和北方一寒冷干燥地区服役11年的运营高速铁路CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆充填层中取样,提取沥青组分,进行沥青流变性能测试、组分分离、红外光谱分析以及充填层力学性能和抗冻性能测试,研究沥青老化程度及其对充填层服役性能的影响。结果表明:与北方服役11年充填层中沥青相比,南方服役13年充填层中沥青的复数剪切模量、车辙因子、G-R参数、蠕变劲度模量、沥青羰基指数和亚砜基指数均较大,重质成分含量较多,轻质成分含量较少,说明南方服役13年充填层中沥青老化程度更高,但是两个地区充填层中沥青的G-R参数值均小于180,蠕变劲度模量均远小于300 MPa,蠕变速率均大于0.30,说明两个地区沥青老化程度均较低;两个地区充填层抗压强度、抗折强度和剥落量均满足暂行技术条件要求,说明沥青现有老化程度对充填层力学性能与抗冻性能影响较小,两个地区充填层仍具有良好的服役性能。Samples were taken from the cement emulsified asphalt mortar filling layer of CRTSⅡslab ballastless track of operation high speed railway in a high-temperature and rainy area in southern China for 13 years and a cold and dry area in northern China for 11 years.Asphalt components were extracted and subjected to rheological performance testing,component separation,infrared spectroscopy analysis,as well as mechanical and frost resistance testing of the filling layer.The degree of asphalt aging and its impact on the service performance of the filling layer were studied.The results showed that compared with the asphalt in the filling layer with 11 years of service in the north,the asphalt in the filling layer with 13 years of service in the south had higher complex shear modulus,rutting factor,G-R parameter,creep stiffness modulus,asphalt carbonyl index,and sulfoxide index,with more heavy components and less light components.This indicates that the aging degree of asphalt in the filling layer with 13 years of service in the south is higher.However,the G-R parameter value of asphalt in the filling layer is less than 180 in both regions,the creep stiffness modulus is much lower than 300 MPa,and the creep rate is greater than 0.30,indicating that the aging degree of asphalt in both regions is relatively low.The compressive strength,flexural strength,and peeling amount of the filling layers in both regions meet the temporary technical requirements,indicating that the existing aging degree of asphalt has little effect on the mechanical and frost resistance properties of the filling layers.The filling layers in both regions still have good service performance.
