摘　　要：奶牛肢蹄病是规模化牧场常发疾病之一,肢蹄病可导致泌乳牛产奶量下降,繁殖率降低,且部分肢蹄病难以彻底治愈,造成病牛过早淘汰甚至死亡。笔者结合多年的临床经验和最新研究进展,探讨了规模化牧场奶牛肢蹄病的发生原因,以期为该病的防控提供科学参考。Foot and leg lameness in dairy cows,one of the most common diseases in large-scale dairy farms,can cause a decrease in milk production and reproductive rate in lactating cows.Some foot and leg lameness are difficult to be cured,leading to being obsoleted too early or died of lameness.According to the author's clinical experience for many years and the latest research data,a detailed exploration of the causes of foot and leg lameness in largescale dairy farms were discussed,in order to provide scientific reference for the prevention and control of foot and leg lameness in dairy cows.
