摘 要:在对产业转型升级内涵进行拓展的基础上,针对不同煤炭资源禀赋地区,基于2010-2021年我国30个省(区)的面板数据,构建了固定效应模型和中介效应模型,从高级化、合理化和低碳化3个维度,探究新能源发展对区域产业转型升级的影响效应和作用路径。结果表明:样本期内,新能源发展抑制了区域产业转型升级,其中对产业结构低碳化影响最大;新能源发展对不同煤炭资源禀赋地区的产业转型升级存在显著异质性影响;资源禀赋结构在新能源发展对产业转型升级的影响中起中介作用。On the basis of expanding the connotation of industrial transformation and upgrading,this paper constructs a fixed effect model and a mediation effect model based on panel data from 30 provinces and regions in China with different coal resource endowments from 2010 to 2021,explores and studys the influencing effects and paths of new energy development on regional industrial transformation and upgrading from the dimensions of upgrading,rationalization,and low-carbon.The results indicate that during the sample period,the development of new energy has suppressed the transformation and upgrading of regional industries,with the greatest impact on the low-carbon industrial structure;the development of new energy has a significant heterogeneous impact on the industrial transformation and upgrading of regions with different coal resource endowments;the structure of resource endowment plays a mediating role in the impact of new energy development on industrial transformation and upgrading.
