摘  要:综放工作面上隅角通风困难,瓦斯难以有效排出,容易导致瓦斯积聚。当浓度达到一定程度时,容易诱发瓦斯超限事件甚至瓦斯爆炸事故,对井下作业人员和设备造成严重威胁。为应对此问题,提出了基于对比度区域均匀性图分析的综放工作面上隅角瓦斯超限预警算法。该算法使用时空克里金插值法,构建综放工作面上隅角瓦斯数据点插值模型,利用综放工作面已知数据,获取瓦斯采样点的信息,根据时空变异函数、时空协方差函数表征各采样点间的时空相关关联性,估计瓦斯未知采样点的时空信息,利用马特隆模型拟合所有采样点,以得到综放工作面上隅角瓦斯对比度区域均匀性图,通过此图明确综放工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度,通过评估标准确定其风险等级,进而启动相应的防范措施。实验结果表明,对比度区域均匀性图分析可准确预测上隅角瓦斯浓度及其变化特征,且预警精度高。The ventilation in the upper corners of the fully mechanized caving face is difficult,leading to difficult gas discharge and gas accumulation.When the gas concentration reaches a certain level,it is easy to trigger gas overlimit events or even gas explosion accidents,posing a serious threat to underground workers and equipment.To address this issue,an early warning algorithm for gas overlimit at upper corner of the fully mechanized caving face was proposed based on the analysis of the contrast ratio-region uniformity graph.Using the spatiotemporal Kriging interpolation method,a gas data point interpolation model for the upper corner of the fully mechanized caving face was constructed,and the known data of the working face was used to obtain information about the gas sampling points,and the spatiotemporal correlation between each sampling point was characterized by spatiotemporal variation function and spatiotemporal covariance function to estimate the spatiotemporal information of the unknown sampling points.The Matron model was used to fit all sampling points to obtain a gas contrast ratio-region uniformity graph for the upper corner of the caving facea,and the gas concentration in the corner of the caving face was clarified by using the graph,and its risk level was determined by evaluation criteria,and corresponding prevention measures were initiated.The experimental results showed that the contrast ratio-region uniformity graph analysis can accurately predict the gas concentration and variation characteristics at upper corner,and the early warning accuracy is high.
