摘 要:传统上,运动想象和动作观察被视为两种独立的运动学习方法,可以激活运动系统,结合实际的练习,以促进运动学习,一些研究在很大程度上已证明了其有效性。在这些公认的基础上,立足于脑科学研究,总结动作观察和运动想象对提升运动学习的效益的理论和实践依据,探索动作观察结合运动想象运用的有效途径和方法,综述动作观察结合运动想象的大脑神经生理机制和认知功能的效果,试图通过对动作观察和运动想象联合作用的神经生理机制、运动行为证据综述性讨论与评价动作观察结合运动想象的方式,以期对动作观察联合和运动想象在运动学习的运用中取得较大进步。Traditionally,motor imagination and motor observation are regarded as two independent motor learning methods,which can activate the motor system and combine with practical practice to promote motor learning.Some studies have proved their effectiveness to a large extent.On this basis,based on brain science research,this paper summarizes the theoretical and practical basis of action observation and motor imagination for improving the efficiency of motor learning,explores the effective ways and methods of action observation combined with motor imagination,and summarizes the effect of action observation combined with motor imagination on brain neurophysiological mechanism and cognitive function,This paper attempts to make a comprehensive discussion and evaluation on the neurophysiological mechanism of the combined action of action observation and motor imagery and the evidence of motor behavior,so as to make great progress in the application of the combination of action observation and motor imagery in motor learning.
