加拿大篮球“领袖计划”对我国青少年篮球运动的启示

摘　　要：采用文献资料调研、对比分析法等,对加拿大篮球“领袖计划”发展路径与关键因素进行系统分析,为我国青少年篮球发展战略提供借鉴。研究认为,我国青少年篮球发展缺少科学认识与长效机制,需深化体教融合,促进青少年身体素养全面发展;避免早期专业化,鼓励青少年多运动项目参与;提高科学训练水平,构建青少年篮球发展模型;强化社区体育功能,完善青少年篮球活动场域。By means of literature investigation and comparative analysis,this paper systematically analyzes the development path and key factors of Canadian basketball"Leadership Plan",and provides reference for the development strategy of Chinese youth basketball.The research holds that the development of youth basketball in China lacks scientific understanding and long-term mechanism,so it is necessary to deepen the integration of sports and education and promote the all-round development of youth's physical literacy;Avoid early specialization and encourage young people to participate in more sports;Improve the level of scientific training and build the development model of youth basketball;Strengthen the function of community sports and improve the field of youth basketball activities.
