绒山羊细管冻精保存时间对使用效果的影响

摘　　要：为了比较绒山羊细管冻精不同保存时间的品质变化和使用效果,笔者将辽宁绒山羊公羊的细管冻精从2005年分别保存0,5,10,18年,并分别进行抽检,选用成年母羊进行冻精输精,比较了细管冻精解冻后的活力、畸形率、冻精输配受胎率及冻精后代的产羔率、羔羊初生重和120 d断奶重。结果表明:2005年生产的辽宁绒山羊细管冻精经过0,5,10,18年的冷冻保存,解冻后的活力和畸形率没有显著变化(P>0.05),细管冻精的配种受胎效果与后代生产性能也没有显著差异(P>0.05),冻精后代的产羔率、羔羊平均初生重和120 d断奶重都没有显著差异(P>0.05)。说明细管冻精的保存时间在一定期限内对细管冻精的质量和使有效果没有不利影响。In order to compare the quality and application effect of straw frozen semen at different storage times in cashmere goats.The straw frozen semen of a Liaoning cashmere buck were preserved in 2005,and checked,and used in 2005,2010,2015 and 2023,respectively.The does used for artificial insemination were at similar weight.The vitality,deformity rate,conception rate,and the lambing rate,birth weight and weaning weight at 120 d in the offspring from the straw frozen semen were investigated in this experiment.The results showed that no significant variations were found in vitality and deformity rates for preserved semen after years of cryopreservation(P>0.05);no significant differences were found in conception rates and performance of the offspring(P>0.05);and no significant differences were found in lambing rate,average birth weight and average weaning weight at 120 d in the offspring from straw frozen semen(P>0.05).It may imply that the storage time within a certain period of straw frozen semen have no adverse effect on the quality and application of straw frozen semen in cashmere goats.
