摘　　要：村民自治是基层民主与基层治理的重要内容。既有研究忽视了历史脉络和结构性要素对中国共产党领导的村民自治制度变迁的型塑功能。采用历史制度主义理论,从制度变迁类型学视角对中国共产党领导的村民自治制度变迁的过程、类型和动力机制展开分析,研究发现,它总体上经历了以“民主选举”为重点、以“民主治理”为重心、民主选举与民主治理均衡发展的变迁轨迹,表现出鲜明的“动态层叠中的统合”的制度变迁特征,是我国政治经济社会环境、行动者的观念与偏好、结构稳固与学习效应三重动力机制共同驱动的结果。这种制度传统以路径依赖的方式锁定新时代新征程党领导的村民自治制度的基本形态和演进方向,即以坚持党的全面领导为核心机制,通过创新民主与治理的互联共促形式推动村民自治制度的高质量发展和乡村善治。这种制度变迁类型的发现和阐释有助于打破西方中心论的学术话语体系,进一步推动中国式现代化进程中我国自主知识体系的构建和创新。Village autonomy plays a vital role in grassroots democracy and governance.Existing research often overlooks the historical context and structural elements that shape changes in the village autonomy system led by the Communist Party of China.Using historical institutionalism theory,this paper analyzes the process,types,and driving mechanisms of the transformation of the village autonomy system under the leadership of the Communist Party of China from a typological perspective.The study finds that it has generally experienced a transition trajectory,shifting focus from "democratic elections" to "democratic governance" and then to a balanced development of both.It exhibits distinctive characteristics of "integration in dynamic layering," which are driven by the country's socio-economic environment,actors' ideas and preferences,and a combination of structural stability and learning effects.This institutional tradition determines the basic form and evolution direction of the village autonomy system led by the Party in the new era,emphasizing the core mechanism of upholding the Party's comprehensive leadership.By innovatively promoting the interconnection between democracy and governance,it seeks to advance high-quality development of the village autonomy system and promote effective rural governance.This discovery and elucidation of this institutional transformation type help break the Western-centric academic discourse and further contribute to building and innovating China's independent knowledge system amid the process of Chinese style modernization.
