急诊危重度评分系统指导护理对急性冠脉综合征患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊危重度评分系统指导护理对急性冠脉综合征患者心功能的影响。方法:选取在医院治疗的70例急性冠脉综合征患者,按随机数表法分入研究组和对照组,各35例患者,对照组急性冠脉综合征患者采用常规护理,研究组急性冠脉综合征患者在护理期间引入急诊危重度评分系统指导护理。比较两组急性冠脉综合征患者护理管理前后心功能水平、不良事件发生率、生活质量水平改善情况。结果:两组患者护理前心功能水平、生活质量评分相比无明显差异(P>0.05),护理管理之后均得到显著改善(P<0.05),且研究组患者各项心功能水平、生活质量评分改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);此外,研究组患者心律失常、心源性死亡等不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急诊危重度评分系统指导护理能有效改善急性冠脉综合征患者心功能,降低心律失常、心源性死亡等不良事件发生率,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of emergency severity scoring system on cardiac function in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods:A total of 70 patients with acute coronary syndrome treated in hospital were selected and divided into the study group and the control group by digital randomization method,with 35 cases in each group.Patients with acute coronary syndrome in the control group received routine nursing care,while patients with acute coronary syndrome in the study group received emergency critical severity scoring system to guide nursing care during nursing.The improvement of cardiac function,incidence of adverse events and quality of life in patients with acute coronary syndrome before and after nursing management were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in cardiac function and quality of life score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and significantly improved after nursing management(P<0.05).The improvement of cardiac function level and quality of life score in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the incidence of arrhythmia,cardiac death and other adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Emergency severity scoring system can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with acute coronary syndrome,reduce the incidence of adverse events such as arrhythmia and cardiac death,and improve the quality of life of patients with acute coronary syndrome.
