摘　　要：目的:探讨主动护理模式在降低低温等离子扁桃体摘除术后出血中的应用效果。方法:选取医院行扁桃体摘除术的80例患者为研究对象,依据随机数表法将其分为对照组与实验组,各40例患者。对照组患者实施常规术后护理,实验组患者实施主动护理模式。比较两组术后出血情况、疼痛、临床康复指标、护理满意度情况。结果:实验组患者出血量低于对照组,出血时间短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者术后6 h、24 h、48 h、72 h的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者术后首次进食、包膜脱落、住院时间较对照组短(P<0.05);实验组患者护理满意度NSNS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:主动护理模式的实施可减少低温等离子扁桃体摘除术患者术后出血情况,缓解术后切口疼痛,促进康复进程,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度。Objective:To observe the effect of active nursing mode in reducing bleeding after low temperature plasma tonsillectomy.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent tonsillectomy in hospital were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 40 cases each.The control group received routine postoperative nursing,and the experimental group received active nursing.Postoperative bleeding,pain,clinical rehabilitation index and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The blood loss of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the bleeding time was shorter(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the experimental group at 6 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The first feeding,capsule shedding and hospital stay of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The NSNS score of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of active nursing mode can reduce postoperative bleeding of patients with low temperature plasma tonsillectomy,relieve postoperative incision pain,promote rehabilitation process,shorten hospital stay and improve nursing satisfaction.
