摘 要:目的:探讨慕课结合翻转课堂在呼吸与危重症医学科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法:选取在安徽医科大学第二附属医院呼吸与危重症医学科参加住院医师规范化培训的84名内科学员,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规教学方式,观察组在常规教学方式的基础上,录制慕课教学视频交住培学员自主学习,让住培学员利用自由时间学习慕课资源,随后通过翻转课堂进行实践、交流互动。比较两组出科理论考试成绩、临床技能成绩及住培学员对于教学的满意度。结果:观察组住培学员理论考试和临床技能成绩均优于对照组,且观察组学员对教学的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慕课联合翻转课堂在呼吸与危重症医学科住院医师规范化培训中有着积极意义。Objective:To investigate the value of massive open online course(MOOC)with flipping classroom in standardized training of respiratory and critical care medicine.Methods:We recorded MOOC teaching videos,and then residents learned by themselves and practiced in the flipped classroom.A total of 84 resident physicians who received the standardized training of residents in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were recruited and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given the conventional teaching method,while the observation group received the conventional teaching method on the basis of the conventional teaching method,at the same time,the residents were allowed to use free time to learn MOOC resources,and then the flipped classroom was used for discussion.We compared the results of the entrance theory examination,the performance of the clinical skills and the satisfaction scores of the standardized training of the two groups.Results:The theoretical examination and clinical skills scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the teaching satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mooc with flipping classroom has a positive significance in the standardized training of residents in respiratory and critical care medicine.
