摘  要:目的:探究常规护理基础上采用心理干预联合健康教育在输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者中的效果。方法:选择某医院收治的72例输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者为研究对象,使用分层随机法分为两组,各36例患者,对照组患者采用常规护理模式,观察组患者采用常规护理联合心理干预联合健康教育。进行两组心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、生育压力量表(FPI)、护理满意度比较。结果:经过干预,观察组患者CD-RISC评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预联合健康教育可改善输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者心理状态,缓解生育压力,改善护患关系,值得推广。Objective:To explore the combination of psychological intervention and health education in patients with tubal obstructive infertility,and analyze the effect of using psychological intervention combined with health education on the basis of routine nursing.Method:72 patients with tubal obstructive infertility were treated as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using a stratified random method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received routine nursing care combined with psychological intervention and health education.Comparison of two sets of psychological CDRISC FPI,and nursing satisfaction.Result:After intervention,the CD-RISC score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention combined with health education can improve the psychological state of patients with tubal obstructive infertility,alleviate fertility pressure,and improve the nurse patient relationship,which is worth promoting.
