摘　　要：目的:探讨安宁疗护对血液肿瘤晚期居家患者心理状态的改善效果。方法:选取医院收治的66例血液肿瘤晚期居家患者,按随机数表法分为参照组与试验组,各33例患者,参照组患者采用常规护理,试验组患者在参照组基础上引入安宁疗护,对比分析两组血液肿瘤晚期患者护理前后焦虑、抑郁评分、生活质量评分、疼痛程度评分改善情况。结果:两组患者干预后焦虑、抑郁评分及生活质量评分、疼痛程度评分均优于干预前(P<0.05),且试验组患者焦虑、抑郁评分及生活质量评分、疼痛程度评分改善情况显著优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:安宁疗护能有效改善血液肿瘤晚期居家患者的心理状态,降低患者疼痛程度,并提高血液肿瘤晚期患者的生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of hospice care on mental state of home patients with advanced blood tumors.Methods:A total of 66 home patients with advanced blood tumors in hospital were selected and divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to digital randomization method,with 33 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received hospice care based on the reference group.The improvement of anxiety,depression,quality of life and pain before and after care of patients with advanced blood tumors in the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results:The anxiety,depression scores,quality of life scores,and pain level scores of both groups of patients after intervention were better than before intervention(P<0.05).and the improvement of anxiety,depression,quality of life and pain degree scores in experimental group was significantly better than that in reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hospice care can effectively improve the psychological state of home patients with advanced blood tumors,reduce the degree of pain,and improve the quality of life of patients with advanced blood tumors.
