摘　　要：在智慧图书馆时代,图书馆智慧服务的广泛应用使得读者信息管理难度更高、责任更重,也使得读者个人信息安全难以保障、隐私泄露风险增加。本文基于信息生命周期中采集、存储、利用三个环节及读者个人信息的不同种类,从政策、技术等方面对图书馆应用读者个人信息与保护读者隐私这个问题提出了相应的平衡方案。In the era of smart libraries,the widespread application of intelligent library services has led to greater difficulties and heavier responsibilities in managing reader information,making it challenging to ensure the security of readers personal information and increasing the risk of privacy breaches.Based on the three stages of the information life cycle collection,storage,and utilization as well as the different types of readers personal information,this paper proposes corresponding balanced solutions from both policy and technical perspectives to address the issue of libraries utilization of readers personal information while protecting their privacy.
