摘　　要：本文从历史视野梳理新中国成立75年以来我国公共图书馆志愿服务概况,阐述了历史发展各个阶段的特点,总结了取得的成就和经验。结合公共图书馆评估标准体系下的志愿服务指标变化与评估现状,分析其面临的挑战并提出应对策略,以期为新时代公共图书馆志愿服务体系建设提供参考。From a historical perspective,this paper reviews the general situation of voluntary service of public libraries in China over the past 75 years since the founding of the Peoples Republic of China,expounds the characteristics of each stage of historical development,and summarizes the achievements and experience.Based on the changes and evaluation status of volunteer service indicators under the evaluation standard system of public libraries,this paper analyzes the challenges faced and puts forward the main countermeasures,in order to provide inspiration for the construction of volunteer service system of public libraries in the new era.
