基于供需的中小企业信息服务策略——以深圳公共图书馆为例

摘　　要：通过对深圳中小企业信息需求和深圳公共图书馆企业信息服务供给的调查,发现了需求与供给之间的不对称。由此设计了深圳公共图书馆企业信息服务互助模式,构建了公共图书馆、政府、专业知识机构、社会商业资源、中小企业五位一体的服务框架,明确了基础、知识、空间和双创项目四大项服务内容,并提出具体工作重点:建设高效的需求收集通道和客户反馈渠道、加强馆际信息资源的共享与整合、建立第三方商业信息资源库、锻造高素质的服务队伍、拓展公共图书馆的“资源圈”。Based on an investigation into the information demand of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)in Shenzhen and the supply of enterprise information services by Shenzhen s public libraries,an asymmetry between demand and supply is identified.In response,an interactive model for enterprise information services in Shenzhen s public libraries is designed,establishing a five-in-one service framework integrating public libraries,government,professional knowledge institutions,social commercial resources,and SMEs.This framework clarifies four major service categories:foundational services,knowledge services,space services,and services for innovation and entrepreneurship projects.Specific work priorities are also proposed,including the establishment of efficient demand collection channels and customer feedback mechanisms,strengthening inter-library information resource sharing and integration,building a third-party commercial information resource database,cultivating a high-quality service team,and expanding the“resource circle”of public libraries.
