摘　　要：推动公共文化服务高质量发展是“十四五”时期的重要任务之一。本文注重理论与实证研究相结合,在分析高质量发展对图书馆服务体系建设提出新要求的基础上,回顾总结东莞市图书馆服务体系建设的实践、成效及出现的问题,进而提出高质量发展背景下完善图书馆服务体系建设、提升服务效能的新路径。Promoting the high-quality development of public cultural services is one of the important tasks during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period.This paper focuses on the combination of theoretical and empirical research.Based on analyzing the new requirements for the construction of library service system under high-quality development,it reviews and summarizes the practice,effectiveness,and problems in the construction of the library service system in Dongguan City.Furthermore,a new path is proposed to strengthen the construction of library service system and enhance service efficiency under the background of high-quality development.
