摘 要:随着汽车行业的发展,对汽车变速箱的性能与质量要求越来越高。传统的试验方法仅能提供有限的数据,不能全面反映汽车变速箱的性能与疲劳寿命。因此,有限元分析作为一种有效的模拟分析方法,受到了越来越多的关注和重视。基于MSC.Patran软件对汽车变速箱输出轴进行有限元分析,通过建立变速箱输出轴的有限元模型,探讨疲劳设计思路,预测变速箱在工作过程中的应力分布和疲劳寿命,提出提高疲劳强度的措施,以期为汽车变速箱的设计和制造提供参考。With the development of the automotive industry,the performance and quality requirements for automotive transmissions are becoming increasingly high.Traditional testing methods can only provide limited data and cannot fully reflect the performance and fatigue life of automotive transmissions.Therefore,finite element analysis,as an effective simulation analysis method,has received increasing attention and importance.Based on MSC.Patran software,a finite element analysis on automotive transmission output shaft was conducted.By establishing a finite element model of the transmission output shaft,the fatigue design concept was explored,and the stress distribution and fatigue life of the transmission during operation were predicted.Measures to improve fatigue strength were proposed,providing reference for the design and manufacturing of automotive transmissions.
